Noble Unistus was designed as a getaway from the noise and chaos of the city.

Noble Unistus was designed as a getaway from the noise and chaos of the city. The idea was to provide a large central space and to maximize its use. Each unit has a terrace garden which acts as the roof of the bedroom providing diffused heat and light through skylights.

As the site had a linear form, the vehicular circulation had to be planned such that space would be left for all building blocks and green land with a Common open plot in the center. The layout plan shows arrangement of units along the periphery of site, and cluster units planned along the common open area. The residential units consist of 3 and 4BHK units. The central area has a Clubhouse with all the amenities, which becomes a place for Interaction and social gathering for the residents.

After the design was complete, the developers decided to sell the plots individually to different buyers. As such, the project as visualized for a community could not be executed and individual bungalows were built by the owners of the plot.
