A destination to showcase India, this development in Dubai is primarily for the Indian community, with the intent of amalgamating these two countries. Community facilities like clubs, sports facilities and a youth centre allow likeminded people to interact and relax. Welfare schemes benefit all strata of residents in every age group. Since architectural vocabulary cannot divorce itself from environmental extremities of Dubai, several strategies are employed for passive cooling, ground water recharge and rain harvesting which aid in developing a built environment that conforms to the traditional architecture of the Gulf and responds to its harsh climate.
